Welcome to OPIMAE. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of opimae.co and any related services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services OPIMAE offers premium, small-batch botanical candles, diffusers, and related home fragrance products. All products are hand-crafted with local products in North America.

2. Orders and Pricing All prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before shipping. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except as permitted under our Return Policy.

3. Shipping and Delivery We offer free shipping on all orders to the mainland United States and Canada. Orders are hand-packed in our Lac-Mégantic studio and shipped within 72 hours of purchase. You will receive a tracking number once your package leaves our door. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Returns and Refunds Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Personalized and custom scent creations are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hi@opimae.co — we will replace it or issue a refund promptly.

5. Payment We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (where available). All payments are processed securely. By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method.

6. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of OPIMAE or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, OPIMAE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Quebec, Canada.

10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
