Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Personalized and custom scent creations are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at hi@opimae.co — we’ll replace it or refund you promptly.
