Shipping policy

Overview

Every creation we make is poured by hand in small batches using rare North American botanicals in our studio. Because of this, our shipping timelines and processes are designed to honor the pace of craft while ensuring your order arrives safely and reliably.

We ship all orders through trusted carriers that allows us to offer fair rates and dependable delivery across the United States and Canada.

 

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• During high-volume periods or limited botanicals availability, processing may take slightly longer.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

 

Shipping

We usually ship using USPS or Canada Post.

• When applicable, all orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — meaning duties and import fees are covered by us.

• Free shipping is offered on orders over $150 USD or $200 CAD.

• Orders below this threshold are charged a $10 USD or $15 CAD flat rate calculated at checkout.

• Delivery typically ranges from 5–8 business days, depending on destination.

• Currently, we do not offer shipping outside Canada and the US.

 

Shipping Issues & Delays

Once your order is in transit, delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. We will always do our best to support you, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us. We will work with our carrier to investigate.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.

 

Packaging

Every creation you receive is packaged with care using protective materials chosen to keep them safe while minimizing environmental impact. Except for the delivery label, all packaging materials can safely be recycled.
